Hi everyone,

I'm wondering if it is possible to delete duplicated segments in a TM, in WF5 (5.1.1).

Looking forward to your reply,

Paula

Hello,
You can do this via the TM editor. You can filter on source and then delete duplicates. Unfortunately, there is no filter yet to only show duplicate segments.
Kind regards,
John

Hi John,

Is it on the list of things you are currently working on? It's quite an important aspect of TM management.

I can of course export to TMX and do this in the Heartsome TMX editor, and then re-import (into an empty TM), but for large TMs this can be a real pain.

Incidentally, since Heartome is now open source, and Java-based, could you perhaps borrow their deduplicator somehow?

Michael
