restore deleted project

Hello
Maybe you can help me. I was making neat my wordfast pro 5 working area and deleted all projects, among them the active one on which I have already worked for 5 hours.
How can I restore it?
I tried 'add project' - I don't understand where from.
In the project file there is no wf file, just the pdf..
I tried to import the project again, even if my work will be lost, it does not do it.
But maybe it is possible to restore it?!!!
