German term

...nicht gemäß der Norm entwickelte Fahrzeuge...

German to English Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks Norms/Standards
Die ISO ist verbindlich und *nicht gemäß der Norm entwickelte Fahrzeuge werden nach Inkrafttreten nicht zugelassen*

Apologies for sending a whole sentence. It is the structure that has me blinded and I am not sure why. Any help in deciphering would be greatly appreciated.

any vehicle that is not developed in compliance with this standard

You could even turn it round and say,"After the compulsory ISO comes into force, any vehicle that is not developed in compliance with this standard will not be approved"
Peer comment(s):

agree Alexander Schleber (X) : "developed" is a must her IMO

failing to comply with this standard

This might work, too:

"The ISO standard is a requirement. Once it has been adopted, any vehicle failing to comply with this standard will not be approved."

Thanks, Phil.
agree Eleanore Strauss : this sounds to be best, but I am not sure whether compliance of the development process is critical here.

That's a valid point but I think the language would have been more forceful if this had been of significance..
