Companies can normally pay out dividends in cash or stock so I don't know why shareholders would have to surrender their entitlement to (presumably cash) dividends. All I can think of is that these capital increases would be made using funds that would otherwise be paid out in cash.

Otherwise, there are two ways of reading and parsing the phrase: Aktien der Gesellschaft....aus dem genehmigten Kapital ausgegeben> company shares are issued out of the authorized capital or Einlage der Dividendenansprüche der Aktionäre .....aus dem genehmigten Kapital > in consideration of the shareholders' dividend entitlements being capitalised (taken out) of such - which must make more sense.
