i think it's the payoff period (période d'amortissement) of the construction without equipment and current generator

This translation is straight from 2002 Langenscheidt Fachwörterbuch Technik.
It applies to Tiefbau, Hochbau, Wasserbau or civil engineering, building construction or hydraulic/ water enginering. I would say that Bautechnik belongs under the real property/ assets.

or even simply "structure", can be used to refer to a building without any content, which in this case is depreciated over 25 years, while some of the installed equipment is depreciated over a shorter period.
