"Vorteile einschl. Anfahrschutz" is not a mechanical feature on electrical poles, but an electrical one and a straitgh translation of Zapfengründung would be lug grounding-That offers a protection against corrosion in diverting current from the metallic poles. But as such it in not used and I would modify it as above

One fact is that Schutzanfahr relates to electricity.
I can't see how lug foundation can be related easily to that electrical fact.
A piece of equipment can be protected through grounding, earthing, earth (Erdung in German). So what makes sense, the German or the English words It is for the asker to decide.
