I am translating a Swiss Diploma of Competence.
The passage in question is the title of one of the persons who signed the diploma:
"Vorname Nachname
Präsidentin des Fachbeirates
Handelsschule KV Aarau
Höhere Verwaltungsschule"
"First Name Last Name
Presdient Expert Advisory Commitee
Higher Academy for Business Administration"?
The English sublanguage is not specified - use is inteded for "various countries in the Asian region"

professional school of public administration
To go by my own experience, if we are really dealing with a"Höhere Verwaltungsfachschule", it is is a school leading to post-secondary degrees in public administration, not actually business. This may not be intended here?
