As far as I know (and this has been discussed before) there is no simply way to download the ProZ.com glossaries and convert them to a format that the CAT tool can use. However, I once wrote a simple script that helps in the process -- although you still need to save the pages one by one. I'm a little pressed for time right now, so I'll just give you the script and you can have a look:

I can't help much, I'm afraid. However, I did create a slightly better version of the script, which includes a URL generator, which would make downloading glossaries faster. The script creates a tab delimited file with 4 columns. Ask on the Trados forum how to convert such a file.
Here is the updated script:

Dear Samuel,
Hello.
Unfortunately, http://www.sendspace.com/file/ws977i is sort of inaccessible from over here. Would you please, if it's not too much trouble, email your updated script to me and provide me with some explanation of, information, and step-by-step instructions in simple language on how to use your updated script?
Thank you very much in advance for your time and expertise.
Sincerely,

I just used your script and successfully downloaded an entire Proz Dutch-English personal glossary, nice and neat into one Word doc. Very cool!
I of course completely ignored your warning about limiting my download speed in DownThemAll, and consequently got banned from Proz for 2 hours, but I apologised and they let me back in;)

Someone just asked me again for this script. I've uploaded it again (89 days).

I must add that this approach works only for the personal glossaries. In my opinion the KudoZ glossaries and GBK glossaries are not appropriate for downloading because they are often very context specific, and its best to search those glossaries via Google.

This pair of scripts help users download certain types of ProZ.com glossaries from the ProZ.com web site. It only works for a certain type of glossary, and I've forgotten which (but it worked because I had some positive comments).

Hello Samuel,
I used your scripts and instructions some years ago, it worked like a charm. They are not working anymore, though. It seems that ProZ changed the structure of the URLs. And also the add on DTA is not available anymore. Do you have any news about this?

Perhaps, if ProZ could provide a downloadable approved glossaries or some API for paying members, it would be a plus for considering the membership, no?
