Hi,
For some time now, when I import projects from my customer, Tms are not included and I have to ask customer to send my the Tms separately.
This did not use to happen at the beginning and I am wondering whether it's not linked to a kind of restriction on my licence or some other software bugs. Reinstalling SDL 2011 did not seem to solve the problem.

1 option is to upgrade to SDL 2014 and see what happens.

Any other idea?

Thanks

Ask your customer to include a TM in the package

Receiving a TM in a package isn't limited to certain licenses or versions.

Thanks Emma,
Customer always includes TM in the package, but that TM does not extract on my PC when I open the package. That is the problem.
