Saving Problem in Studio 2011

At big files I have a problem to save the file. For example: Saving a file with 40K takes approx.1 hour in Studio 2011. Has anybody the same problem?

RAM memory problem Jul 31, 2015

Trados Studio 2011 is not good at memory management for its various functions (options). Please open the Tools> Options and deselect many automatic functions e.g. Auto-Save, Auto-propagate, TM, Termbase. These will enhance speed to save a big Editor file e.g. *.sdlxliff.
OR exit from other multi-tasking applications (e.g. web browser) and run only Trados to save the big file.
