How do other translators back up their files? Best way to set up an automated back up?

That's all I can get out of German DSL anyway - 4.5 Mbit/s download and 1.5 Mbit/s upload, which corresponds to the total of 6 Mbit/s promised. I'm told they have 30 Mbit/s fibre in Thailand.
