WF4 does not create bilingual table

Hello,

I am translating a large file (nearly 18500 records).
When I try to create a bilingual table, I get only the progress bar window that shows "Loading data, please wait, 0% completed" and disappears after a few seconds without creating the table.

Is the file dimension (i.e. the records number) the issue which prevents creating the table?

If so, is there a workaround to fix this problem?
