peer agreement (net): +1radicule Explanation: Should be "penroot". Also called radicule in English. The first link shows germination and its different steps. The second link, in English, speaks of penroots (notice, one word) and from what I understand, it means the first root that sprouts, which is the most important root for the plant, a penroot. It is called pen, because it is quite straight, like a pen.
