Wenn der Abwickler auch als Abwickler arbeiten soll, muss die Ver-/ Entlegerolle durch Betätigen des Tasters "Ver-/ Entlegerolle hochfahren" in die oberste Position gebracht werden.

Die Ver-/ Entlegerolle wird dann automatisch in diese Position gefahren, bis der obere Endschalter bedämpft ist.

Soll der Abwickler als Aufwickler betrieben werden, so muss die Ver- /Entlegerolle in eine geeignete Position, möglichst nahe der Spule gebracht werden, um das Schwingen des Produkts während der Produktion möglichst gering zu halten und so ein sauberes Verlegebild sicherzustellen.

Beim Einstellen der Ver- /Entlegerolle ist darauf zu achten, dass es im Produktionsablauf zu keiner Kollision mit dem Spulenflansch kommen kann.
