Medical - Medical (general) / Plastic Surgery
German term or phrase: Nasensteg
Nasenkorrektur - Plastic surgery on the nose
Context:
"Damit der Eingriff keine sichtbaren Spuren hinterlässt, werden die Hautschnitte im Naseninneren oder am Nasensteg angelegt."
I do not think it should be "septum" since that is "Nasenscheidwand", nor "bridge" since that is "Nasenrücken)". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

neutral  Armorel Young: You're not suggesting that in your first example "bridge of the nose" is a translation of Nasensteg, are you? - the Nasensteg is part of the equipment being used, the Nasenrücken part of the human using it.

-> oops, you're right about the first example of course Armorel ... I still can't see what else Nasensteg could be other than "bridge"
