Übersetzung - Englisch In 2014, just as in 2013, Spanish civil servants’ wages will continue to be frozen. However, unlike in 2012, Christmas bonuses will not be withheld. This makes up an extraordinary revenue of 800 million euro in taxes (IRPF – or, Spanish Personal Income Tax) for the Spanish Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations. It also guarantees that neither in December, 2013 nor in January or December, 2014 there will not be any new falls in consumption due to less household income for civil servants. In fact, the Spanish Government’s predictions laid out in the notes for the National Budget foretell a rise of 0.2% in consumption for businesses and households. The rise is meager, but it contrasts with the 2.8% fall, recorded in 2012, and a fall of 2.6%, recorded in 2013.
The public administration cut-back plans (on State, regional and local levels) will make the public expenditure figure drop in 2014 to 2.9%, which is slightly higher than the 2012 figure.
Übersetzung - Englisch The gay world of Juchitán is made up of locas (crazies), bitches, queens, gurls, fags, man-whores, transvestites, closet cases, homosexuals, Mayates (tops), Muxe, Mampos, Chichifos (gigolos), Bugas (breeders), Machos, Machines (studs) and other characters which I’m still not familiar with. These are all labels which I still can’t give clear-cut definitions to, given that the gay world does not lend itself to the rigid classifications with which heterosexual culture seeks to pigeonhole different forms of sexual ‘transgression’. Nevertheless, we can establish some basic definitions to create a corpus of categories, which allow us to better navigate this conceptual and terminological imbroglio.

Hello and welcome to my Pro-Z page.
If you'd like to know more about the services I provide, feel free to visit my website: www.tuanua.eu
I am a freelance translator and interpreter based between beautiful Barcelona and my native Belfast.
At the moment, in my professional practice, I focus mainly translation for theatre and performance, building on what I've learnt and the experience I have gained through my doctoral studies in translating Catalan theatre.
I also specialise in government and marketing communications within a European context, translating a variety of texts for parliaments, public bodies, and QUANGOs within the Catalan Countries and on the island of Ireland. As a digital native, with a flair for social media, branding, marketing and e-commerce, I tackle marketing comms for brands that want to reach out to new audiences and markets. In particular, I work with brands that focus on beauty and make-up, furniture and interior design, fashion and jewellery, as well as purveyors of luxury goods.
From seed to sale, I'm fascinated by fabrics, textiles and just about every aspect of fashion. These are everyday commodities that we take for granted, but they tell a story about humanity. Whether it's fair trade, organic cotton from India or haute couture designs from an atelier, I've got it covered. Having worked in several translation agencies that specialised in medical translations, I've been able to take that experience and have applied it to translating texts on medical textiles.
I have a strong background in interpreting and translating within political contexts (in Northern Irish, Irish and pan-European settings) as well significant work experience in the NGO sector, focusing mainly on indigenous and tribal rights.
