Is there a new version? Why don't I get notifications about new versions?

Anyway, I installed it. I like the new interface. It's sharper. But there's still no option to be notified about updates.

I installed the most recent version 20240214_update last week and I cannot see any difference with respect to the previous dashboard. I think you (Hans) just fiddled around with the settings ... or?

In this case I'm innocent.

I just removed CafeTran Espresso from my MacBook Pro and installed a fresh DMG.

The colors are as shown in my first message in this thread:

BTW: You may have an older Java version. Since I installed this newest complete version, some issues have disappeared:

Update vs download and install full package Feb 24, 2024

The whole concept of installing updates is defeated when a fresh install should be done instead in order to have the latest java version.

Since the java server is included in Cafetran's package, I expect update zips to include newer versions.

Where do I get fresh DMG?
I have an old one, dated January 14, 2020. Is that OK or do I need a more recent one? Where do I find it?
