Does CafeTran work with text boxes in Excel?

I'm researching CAT tools and I'd like to know whether CafeTran works with text boxes in Excel.
A few months ago, I installed OmegaT and I'm just now getting more comfortable with how it works. There is one major issue I've discovered with OmegaT.
OmegaT seems to work fine with regular cells in Excel, but it completely ignores text boxes that contain text within the Excel file.

Text boxes in Excel: Yes
Text boxes in Powerpoint: Yes
