求助，ubuntu14.04下安装OmegaT3.1.8

从win转到ubuntu后发现软件中心下OmegaT版本还是2.3.0.1。用起来不是很习惯，从网上下的最新版格式都是tar.bz2。ubuntu新手不会安装。希望有人可以教我下，万分感谢！

Just run it Dec 15, 2014

最方便：
把tar解压，
用Java运行文件里的OmegaT
就可以了。
（需要系统已经有安装Java，最好用Oracle官方的版本）。
