请教大家收到negative feedback该如何处理？

是应该要求说明问题，argue一下吗，还是说下次注意，就let it go and move on。当然具体情况具体分析。我目前遇到的是合作了一年多的agency（常派小活儿）突然很久没活儿了，于是我发邮件询问了一下，回信说editors反馈我的翻译有些地方too literal and incorrect，还导致客户的negative feedback。从没收到这样的feedback，搞得我有点懵，想回应似乎也不知道说什么，总不能找editor把译错的地方一条条找出来理论吧。心里还是有些不舒服的。谢谢大家！

I personally think it'll offer some excellent learning point if the agency/editor has the time to offer some feedback. It'll only be for your own improvement.

Technically if they really operate a formal QA process they could have gotten back to you with some feedback. I think it depends on how the agency takes it. Sometimes PMs appreciate your asking as it shows your willingness to improve.

个人意见，处理这类问题，要注意三点：一、时效性；二、针对性；三、具体性。如果是刚发生的投诉，您可以要来editor的评审意见，及时并有针对性地答辩。但如果如您所说，事情已经过去很久了，就放下吧。

我也是觉得如果有具体的feedback自己能improve是最好的，这家公司交了活也就没feedback了，看样子以后可以主动问问有什么反馈，以便改进。这次的情况是general comments，也没有针对哪个project，所以实在是无从回应，所以我还是move on吧。
