PDF -> WinWord conversion

Does anyone have a means of doing this? PDF seems to me currently the translator's worst enemy - I have to rewrite the whole thing in English by hand after printing out the original in German.

Anyone have any bright ideas or suggestions?

This issue has been discussed numerous times - use the search functino on the left, and search for "PDF conversion", for example.
