| Giving "agrees" on old KudoZ questions | Feb 13, 2006 |
I just happened to do this recently - I posted "agrees" (as appropriate, of course) to some old questions that did not have the requisite two "agrees", and it worked, the Robot awarded the points. I don't often have time to do this, but I am happy to do this once in awhile as time permits.

I've read your article with pleasure. Of course everything should come to it's logical conclusion - either human life or once asked & still open Kudoz question. From time to time occasionally I do it in pairs connected with my native Russian. By the way a couple of my answers were graded thanks to your helpful initiative & one of the others received a very interesting comment (the other question i.e. not mine was graded the latter time). I've already thanked you for the graded questions, but don't know what's more valuable - feedback in the form of an interesting peer comment or graded answers. Hopefully both. Consider it as a feedback to your article. Thanx & gracias once again!

Not so. If you read the whole thread, you will see that I started by posting lists of open questions based on topics. And my name was not included in most of them.
In this case, you can give an agree if you consider the answer a valid answer. Or you can disagree. Or you can agree with another answer. Or you may also give your own answer.
"Askers that do not close their questions" is a well known topic around this fora. We are trying to help close questions for the sake of the glossaries.
