I just noticed this on one answer I posted:

Note: If you add a note, your answer will be repositioned based on the current time

I do like this idea, because I'm hoping this might discourage someone from rushing to post an answer, and then figuring that they can just post as many addendums as possible on top of that answer. So I see this as a positive feature.

Anyone else notice this? What do you think?

welcome :) Feb 19, 2006

I think the feature has been there for about an year, at least. Were you using the oldest design? I think it's the only one that might not have the feature.
BTW, there have been discussions on the issue when it was introduced (maybe in a new KudoZ release discussion).

Yes, I was using the old design Feb 19, 2006

I preferred the old design, so I was still using it, until just recently when Jason posted the thread telling us that it will go away in a couple months.

Sorry to have repeated a previous discussion - if you have a link to one of those discussions then that would be great, thanks.

Random order of KudoZ answers Feb 19, 2006

I can't find a link to previous discussions about the order of answers, but here's the classic statement on the KudoZ race written by Nikki Graham in 2003. This was before the random chronological order was introduced sometime in 2004. I believe it was sentiments like these that contributed to the change.

How to win the KudoZ race
