Wallet function not working properly - glitch?

I thought I could purchase a membership via the Wallet function and be able to pay in USD rather than Euro and thus save a bit. I was wrong and needed to add additional funds. I tried a couple of times but half the times the funds were not added to my wallet and neither did I receive an invoice. So now I have a USD amount in my wallet which is practically useless. I really hope my credit card is not going to be charged several times due to some functional error.
