After the Initial Issue Period (specified for each Sub-Fund/Class of Shares in the respective Supplemental Offering Memorandum/Annex), the Issue Price of each Class of Shares in each Sub-Fund is the ***Net Asset Value per Share***. The ***Net Asset Value per Share*** is available at the registered office of the Fund. A sales charge may be applied as stated for each Class of Shares, if any, of each Sub-Fund individually in the respective Supplemental Offering Memorandum/Annex.
