Ich habe leider keine Abbildung. Weiß jemand, wie diese Markierungen aussehen? Sind das Klammern? Da von leading edge die Rede ist, nehme ich an, dass es keine Nadeln sind, sondern breitere Markierungen.

genauer "Fixierklammern"
| Hallo Goldcoaster, das macht hier leider gar keinen Sinn. "Pegs" sind irgendwelche "Dinger" (Klammern o. ä.), die auf das Zystoskop gesetzt/gesteckt werden, wenn dieses einmal bis zum Anfang und einmal bis zum Ende der Striktur vorgeschoben ist, um die Länge derselben zu bestimmen. Mich interessiert die korrekte Bezeichnung dieser "Dinger". |
| Aber ich kann doch nicht schreiben: Weisen Sie einen Assistenten an, den ersten Fixpunkt am Zystoskop zu befestigen. In der Aufzählung der Instrumente und Geräte für den Eingriff steht übrigens u. a. "ruler and pegs". Lineal und Fixpunkte???? |
