I would think it relates to the design or, less likely, to a slogan or text, but it seems to relate to the colors here; I base my hunch on the word "markant"; the word "Reduzierung" is not an easy catch as in relating to the artsy part of branding on the web, and if at all, it usually relates to the costs (=reduction) but I don't see that for here.
