"... are stated in Swiss francs" would also be perfectly acceptable, in my view ("Swiss" should be capitalised, but "francs" should not).

"Are in Swiss Francs" would be perfectly fine, to my ear. "Are given in Swiss Francs" would also be a common way of wording it, in my view.

'Are quoted in Swiss Francs', sounds fine to me, but if you don't like it, simply 'are in Swiss Francs' would be fine.

I would tend to anglicise - use words and phrases that a native English speaker would use/consider natural - but if your audience aren't native English speakers, try to use less complicated words and phrases, or words and phrases that an average-ability foreign speaker would understand.

It isn't easy at the best of times, but it seems like you're translating Ts and Cs which an sometimes be any thing but easy! Just try to keep it clear and concise and you'll be fine.
