I think the 'Zuspieler' is the same as the 'Promi' - the folks who flog a charity to the public, collecting money based on their celebrity status - such as Jerry Lewis or Brigitte Bardot (I know that dates me - OK, what does JLo promote?)

Although the third group of 'Zuspieler' are 'celebrities' raising funds, there is no evidence that the first two groups of presenters can also be described as such. These are more likely to be persons working with the recipients on a day-to-day basis and with practical experience of the problems faced.
