Deutsch term

Betriebsmitarbeiter

Deutsch > Englisch Technik Personalwesen
Hi everybody!
I'm working on a resumé for a mechanic (with dreams of Canada) and his most current job is as "Betriebsmitarbeiter" at a large oil and fuel distribution/storage facility. His responsibilities include measuring oil and fuel pumped to and from ships.
Are you aware of any meaningful translation of Betriebsmitarbeiter which would cover these kinds of responsibilities or would you just explain his actual job? That's where I am at this point.

Thanks for any ideas you might have!

Sorry, it was a one-word line in a resumé so the explanation I've provided is what I got from the customer when I asked.
I've since found the term "all-rounder" at various sites but am hoping for something a bit better. I know, chances seem slim and I'll probably just end up explaining it.
This is what I have at the moment: All-rounder whose responsibilities include measuring the density of oil and fuel pumped to ships

could you maybe provide the sentence or paragraph with the term please
