I prefer "contract" to a "greement" at this instance.

: Current implies that there is or has been more than one agreement. Gegenständlich implies no such thing./Yes - present is correct here, just unnecessary. Present in legal English means "at hand".

The same goes for "present" actually!? Vorliegend is not "present"!
