Court clerk

This is a reference to a court clerk. "Court clerk" itself is ambiguous, since the term may relate to the person clerking for a judge (Usually a law student or law school graduate, who actually write opinons for the judge), or an administrative clerk who deals with court filings.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Penny Hewson (X) : This wouldn't do in the UK. As Court Clerk is a specific job - legal adviser to the court who may be the only person with legal qualifications if there are only lay magistrates.

But court employee is too vague, a janitor could be considered a court employee.

judicial clerk?
