Es geht um Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung bei der Wareneingangskontrolle (Industrieunternehmen).


Prüfung "Allgemeiner Zustand"

Die Prüfung "Allgemeiner Zustand" umfasst den Vergleich der aus der Lieferung entnommenen Produkte mit einem Muster und dem Lieferschein. Die Prüfung des allgemeinen Zustands ist **eine Sichtprüfung mit unbewaffnetem Auge.**
Gemeint ist offenbar das, was man umgangssprachlich *mit bloßem Auge* nennt. Meine Frage: Gibt es eine Standardformulierung im Englischen, die ich im Kontext einer solchen QM-Anweisung verwenden kann?

To Roy I hate to think that our translation choices are to be determined by what terms Internet protection software blocks! I have nothing against the answer that was chosen, but why should we strip our languages of the sparkle of life, so as to satisfy some Google spider?

purely visual (inspection)

I read it as meaning no additional tools or electronic devices (e.g. computer data, scanners, RFD devices, etc.) other than a sample and the delivery note are used and that the inspection is "purely visual".
