"Das erhöhte Vasospasmus-Risiko tritt nach einer Subarachnoidalblutung (SAB) oder nach einer Gehirnmassenblutung auf."

Is "cerebral hemorrhage/brain hemorrhage" OK for this or should it be something more specific?

Actually, the correct German term is "Hirnmassenblutung"...

agree Kcda : I would chop off the word "massive" there is no indication in the source sentence stating the bleeding is of such an extent! The word masse here is crudely to be understood as "brain matter" or grey matter. Otherwise suggestion is okay!
