The patient, suffering from plasmacytoma, was involved in a study testing a new cytostatic agent. This value was measured before the treatment. The patient also experienced intense pain in the thorax and thoracic spine.

Carmen, there are people here willing and able to help if you could be a little more forthcoming with information. It is quite obvious that these are lab results. Do you have a diagnosis? Other results? Dirrsche would appear to be a typo.
