Have a look at the studend british medical journal site below, especially 'flap jargon explained'.
A myocutaneous flap is not quite the same as a skin flap. So although myocutaneous platysma flap is a standard term, it may well not be the one you want. I'm guessing there is a German term for myocutaneous, and it's not Haut. So still backing Jonathan (with platysma, not platysmal) ...
