segment instabilities
Here, e.g., they use "segment instability":

The conditions causing such instabilities are spondylolysis or spondylolisthesis.

First, in the text they don\'t talk about therapeutic procedures in case of \"lockerung\", but about diseases. And for the two nouns: I don\'t think it is wise to make a construction incl. two nouns in English where it will only be artificial as segmental \"lockerung\" is identical to \"segmental instability\", so I tried to make a fusion of both German terms.
I have found the one scientific ref. of \"segmental loosening\", but this was an abstract of an article by German authors ... so I would not rely on this one.

I guess...
Relaxation of segments
As I understood it's all about therapy of wear diseases and abnormal narrowing of a bodily canal or passageway (Spinal-stenose), like volume discs... I guess what they do is loosening those related areas by massaging or some medicine. So I can suggest;
segment relaxation
ease of segments
segment easing
segment loosening*
* Loseening is mostly used for "lockerung"
