I am Michaela Sommer, a creative and
resourceful language expert with almost 30 years’ experience in different
industries and countries. Agencies I have worked for appreciate my total
reliability and thorough research methods.

Two decades working and living in the UK have made
me a language specialist with a deep understanding of the subtleties of the
English language – with a characteristic German inclination for perfectionism.

Whatever product your customers may sell,
whatever service they may deliver – I will make any marketing document sound as
catchy and compelling as the English source. Although I stay faithful to the
original tone of voice, I do stray from the source to make it read as though it
was written in German so it will appeal to the intended target group.

Projects I have worked on over the past years

London, the quarterly internal newsletter of a British fashion retailer, the
website of an international luxury hotel and spa, the product catalogue of a
provider of corporate clothing, the internal communication of a global provider
of IT solutions and many more.
