Translation of two parts of technical manual
Technical manual of a precision leak tester giving the users instructions how to use the instrument, explanation of the function, description of basic cycles of operation, description of error codes and the actions necessary etc.
Ausgangstext - Englisch A. The Lessee concluded with xxx, with its registered seat at xxx, Identification No.: xxx(“the Lessor”) a Lease Agreement on 1 August 2002 (“the Lease Agreement”) and an Amendment to the Lease Agreement on 21 November 2006 (Amendment), the
subject-matter of which is the lease of non-residential premises in the administrative building No. xxx (“the Building”) located at the site bounded xxx, xxx, and xxx streets on the land plots No. xxx and xxx. The Building is registered in the owner’s list No. xxx, cadastral area xxx, cadastral office Praha-město;
B. The Sub-Lessee wishes to sub-lease non-residential premises on the 4th floor in the Building defined above; and
C. The Lessor consents to this Sub-Lease Agreement in accordance with Section 6 (1) of Act No. 116/1990 Coll., on the lease and sub-lease of non-residential premises (“Act on lease and sub-lease of non-residential premises”) and Section 6.7 of the Lease Agreement. (Appendix No. 3)
THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. subject-matter of the agreement
1.1 Based on the Lease Agreement and the Amendment the Lessee is entitled to use for a period ending 31 May 2011:
- premises with a total area of approximately 3,392m² of office space located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the Building
- 32 parking spaces located in the in the underground parking of the Building, second underground level (“the Parking Spaces”)
1. 2 Under the terms of this Agreement the Lessee sub-leases to the Sub-Lessee 969m² of office space located on the 4th floor (“the Premises”) and 7 parking spaces in the underground parking of the Building, second underground level (“the Parking Spaces”)
1.3 The precise location of the Premises that are subject to this Sub-lease is outlined in the Building and Floor plan attached to this Agreement as Appendix No. 1.

STRANY SE TÍMTO DOHODLY NÁSLEDOVNĚ:
1. Předmět smlouvy
1.1 Na základě Nájemní smlouvy a Dodatku je nájemce oprávněn používat po období končící 31. května 2011:
- prostory o celkové rozloze přibližně 3.392m² kancelářských ploch umístěné ve 2., 3. a 4. podlaží budovy
- 32 parkovacích míst umístěných v podzemním parkovišti budovy, v druhém podzemním podlaží („parkovací místa”)
1.2 Podle podmínek této Smlouvy nájemce druhotně pronajímá podnájemci 969m² kancelářských ploch umístěných ve čtvrtém podlaží („prostory”) a 7 parkovacích míst v podzemním parkovišti budovy, ve druhém podzemním podlaží („parkovací místa”)
1.3 Přesná poloha prostor, podléhajících tomuto podnájmu, je vyznačena v plánu budovy a podlaží, který je připojen k této Smlouvě jako Příloha č. 1

It can be used for general graphic printing and industrial printing; four colour half tone jobs of high quality demand, membrane switch industry, flexible circuitry and PCB reproduction etc.
All the working parameters are monitored by an advanced PLC, and the motors are digitally controlled with stepless speed adjustment.
The SPIEDRA is working on the proven principle of vertical-horizontal frame lift and the parallel sliding table. Both the printing carriage and the sliding table are running on the precision Linear Motion Guides. The printing head and the table positioning are monitored by the advanced digital encoder for achieving the highest demand in the industry.
Übersetzung - Tschechisch Vysoce přesný 3/4-automatický sítotiskový stroj GILCO SPIEDRA je zvláště určen pro zvládání tiskařských prací téměř na všech druzích plochých objektů; na tuhém, polotuhém a ohebném materiálu. Může být použit pro běžný grafický a průmyslový tisk; čtyřbarevné půltónové práce s vysokými požadavky na jakost, odvětví membránových spínačů, pružné soustavy obvodů a reprodukce desek s plošnými spoji atd.
Veškeré pracovní parametry jsou monitorovány moderním programovatelným automatem a všechny motory jsou ovládány digitálně s plynulým nastavením rychlosti.
SPIEDRA funguje na prověřeném principu vertikálně-horizontálního zdvihu tiskového rámu a paralelního posuvného stolu. Jak tiskový vozík, tak posuvný stůl jezdí na vysoce přesných lineárních vodících lištách. Ausgangstext - Tschechisch Cena a platební podmínky
1. Úhrada za poskytování vzájemných služeb spojených s umístěním informačního kiosku a s prezentací hotelů uvedených v článku 1.3. na tomto informačním kiosku a na webových stránkách zhotovitele je sjednána dohodou, a to takto:
1.1. objednatel je povinen uhradit zhotoviteli jednorázový poplatek za internetové služby (za zpracování prezentace hotelových zařízení dle článku 1.3. a za umístění této prezentace na webových stránkách zhotovitele) a za prezentaci hotelových zařízení dle článku 1.3. prostřednictvím informačního kiosku ve výši celkem x xxx,- Kč;
1.2. zhotovitel je naopak povinen uhradit objednateli jednorázový poplatek za možnost umístění svého informačního kiosku na hotelu ve výši x xxx,- Kč; zhotovitel se dále zavazuje hradit objednateli částku ve výši x% ze zisku z inzerce uveřejněné na informačním kiosku umístěném v hotelu dle článku 1.1. této Smlouvy.
2. Smluvní strany se dohodly, že úhradu jednorázových poplatků za vzájemně poskytnutá plnění z této Smlouvy provedou do 15 dnů ode dne účinnosti této Smlouvy.
3. Sjednaný podíl objednatele na zisku z inzerce realizované zhotovitelem na informačním kiosku bude zhotovitelem placen vždy jednou za každé kalendářní pololetí. Potřebné účetní podklady pro vyúčtování x% poplatku ze zisku z inzerce uveřejněné na informačním kiosku v hotelu předloží zhotovitel objednateli vždy po uplynutí příslušného kalendářního pololetí, a to nejpozději do dvou měsíců po uplynutí příslušného kalendářního pololetí. Na základě těchto podkladů vystaví objednatel zhotoviteli fakturu, splatnost této faktury nastává 15 dnů po dni doručení faktury zhotoviteli.
4. Veškeré platby dle této Smlouvy budou prováděny bezhotovostně převodem na účet příslušné smluvní strany.

1. Payment for providing mutual services connected with placing the information kiosk and with the presentation of the hotels mentioned in the Article 1.3. on this information kiosk and on the Contractor’s web sites has been set by agreement, namely as follows:
1.1 The Client is obliged to pay the Contractor a single fee for Internet services (for processing the presentation of the hotel facilities in accordance with the Article 1.3. and for placing this presentation on the Contractor’s web sites) and for the presentation of the hotel facilities in accordance with the Article 1.3. by means of the information kiosk in the total amount of CZK x,xxx.00;
1.2 On the Contrary, the Contractor is obliged to pay the Client a single fee for the possibility of placing his information kiosk at the hotel in the amount of CZK x,xxx.00; the Contractor undertakes further to pay the Client the sum in the amount of x% of the profit from the advertisement published on the information kiosk placed at the hotel in accordance with the Article 1.1. hereof.
2 The contracting parties have come to an agreement they shall carry out the payment of the single fees for the mutually provided performance from this Contract within 15 days as from the day of effectiveness hereof.
3 The agreed Client’s share of the profits from the advertisement realized by the Contractor on the information kiosk shall be paid by the Contractor always once per every calendar half-year. The Contractor shall submit the Client the necessary accounting sources for the account of the x% fee of the profit from the advertisement published on the information kiosk at the hotel always after the lapse of the calendar half-year concerned, namely at the latest within two months after the lapse of the calendar half-year concerned. The Client shall issue an invoice for the Contractor on the basis of these sources; this invoice matures 15 days after the date of delivery of the invoice to the Contractor.
4 All the payments hereunder shall be made by non-cash transfer on the account of the contracting party concerned.

The single-worm doser type VD is intended for volumetric dosing of dry, loose, non-sticky materials with high accuracy of dosing. The dosed quantity can be continuously set up during the operation of the doser. The used electronic control of the doser enables switching on, switching off and regulation both manually and from a superior control computer of a production line.This device can find application in all the fields where precise volumetric dosing is required, namely above all in the food, chemical industries, the industry of fodder production, etc.
The maximum granulation of the dosed material is up to 8 mm.

I passed my state exam in English in 1989. I have long-term experience in translations and interpreting. I graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, the Faculty of International Relations. As I was working as an Export/Import Dept. Manager in a large chemical factory, I have experience both in commercial and technical language. Nowadays I mainly specilize in medical translations related to clinical trials. I also translate contracts, legal documents, HR related texts, etc. I interpreted during social occasions - e.g. visits of foreign ambassadors, conferences organized by the EU bodies, official visits of foreign state representatives as well as business negotiations, supplier audits, whole investment projects from selection of a supplier, conclusion of a contract, on-site installation, technical training of a factory staff up to handover of the whole investment. I also interpreted during a long-term IT implementation project. I am a co-author of a translation of The Commercial Code of the Czech Republic from Czech into English.
