I'm a non-native, but I know how to write accessibility. Shouldn’t Proz.com staff pay attention to these things?

Atrociously-written poll question that can only have been produced by a non-native (or someone or something with zero feeling for language) making only one answer possible, surely?

Well, well Nov 2, 2024

Mr Google tells me that this question was extracted (badly) from here:

15. What is your opinion of the general quality of non-native English source speeches in terms of accessibility to meaning?

A question for EN natives Nov 3, 2024

Shouldn't that be "clarity of meaning"?
i.e.
What is your opinion of the general quality of non-native English source speeches in terms of clarity of meaning?

As for the question itself, there is no "general quality". There is a huge variation in individual cases. From few of those who speak better English than 90% of natives to those who you can understand only if you can recognise the patterns from their native language.
