In that case, pressing it may well resolve the problem! I am always mistakenly touching the key

I quite often have the same problem and it is always solved by pressing the insert key.

try if you have the same problem in all programmes. If that's the case, you have likely pressed something you shouldn't have.

It will save you a lot of stress

Seems that I have accidentally pressed Insert instead of Delete. As I have a large and urgent project, it was a very unpleasant experience.
