Tribunale di XXXXX - in funzione del Giudice di Lavoro - Giudice Dr. XXX - Udienza del XX. Novembre XXX nella causa R.G.XXX promossa da Dr. XXX con gli avvocati XXXX -ricorrente/riconvenuto (Kläger/Gegenkläger) contro XXXX in persona del ecc.... - !!!!!convenuta/riconveniente!!!!!

Dann folgt: Memoria di replica per il Dott. XXXXX alla domanda riconvenzionale di XXX

Der "convenuta" ist der Beklagte/die beklagte Partei, aber wie übesetzt man "riconveniente"??
