Medical - Medical (general) / doctor's report on patient findings
German term or phrase: nativ eingelangt
nativ eingelangt um 9:30 Uhr, mit Biopsie bezeichnet

nativ eingelangt um 9:30 Uhr, ein lt. Anweisung rechtsseitiges Schilddruesenresektat

This is an Austrian document, if that helps. For now I'm just simply saying biospy at 9:30 am,
right thyroid resection at 9:30 am as per instructions.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I assume it is a path lab report, starting with the list of materials which were received in the lab.

received in a native state

Explanation:
I agree with Sibsab's "received" for "einlangen"

einlangen = ankommen, eintreffen
(according to Duden "Wie sagt man in Österreich?")

"native" means unchanged, i.e. not denatured, not fixed and not stained.

Without more context I think that it means that the biopsy material was received at 9.30 in its native state The same applies to the resected thyroid tissue.

In short, you might be able to render this as:

native, received at 9.30, labeled as biopsy

native, received at 9.30, according to instructions - resected thyroid tissue (right-hand side)

Sofortiger Antransport notwendig.
• Gewebe muss nativ einlangen.

This period is considered short enough to maintain the excised tissue pieces close to their native state.

agree  Harald Moelzer (medical-translator): ja, aber ohne 'received' - *eingelangt* würde ich hier eher mit *eingereicht* "übersetzen"...
