If you refer to the CAP file, import it as indicated by Stepan or double click on it. You now have access to your Across account for that client. Type the password given by the client in the dedicated field and import the task. Accept it and open it. Done!

The problem was that Helene worked on a Windows-operated PC being a Mac user. She mistakenly thought it was a cap file when actually it was a cwu file, and the registered file extensions were hidden in her Windows Explorer settings. When she enabled the 'Show extensions' option she could find the true *.cap file and correctly run the workflow.
