In stillem Gedenken
Interessanter Artikel. Als Schweizer erachte ich die EU überhaupt als überflüssige Fehlkonstruktion. Der Zweck war ja nur, dass sich Deutschland und Frankreich nicht ewig bekämpfen sollen. Ich würde Englisch als einzige Amtssprache vorschlagen und bin der Meinung, dass wer nicht Englisch spricht, in einem Parlament nichts zu suchen hat. So einfach ist das.

Verstaendlich in einer Hinsicht, ABER warum hinkt Deutschland immernoch mit der Englischen Sprache hinterher??? Man(n) sollte sich ein Beispiel an den Skandinaviern nehmen!

Was ist denn schwieriger, ein Narr in Politik zu sein, aber sich perfekt Fremdsprachen anzueignen, oder nicht zu versuchen, Englisch zu lernen, aber dafür sich gut (einigermassen) in den politischen Sachen beschlagen zu sein?

Achwas. Die Franzosen würde ich als besseres Beispiel nehmen, da diese kümmern sich gar nicht, ob sie von den Engländern oder Amerikanern verstanden werden. Einfach sehen sie für sich keine Alternative, und setzen fort, im eigenen Saft zu schmoren.

agreed to a 5-year phase-in plan that will
become known as "Euro-English".
In the first year, "s" will replace the
soft "c".
Sertainly this will make the sivil servants
danse with joy.
The hard "c" will be dropped
in favor of "k".
This should klear up some konfusion,
and keyboards need one less letter.
There will be growing publik
enthusiasm in the sekond year, when the
troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f".
This will make words like fotograf
20% shorter.
In the 3rd year, publik akseptanse of
the new spelling kan be expekted to
reach the stage where more komplikated
changes are possible.
Governments will enkourage the
dropping of double letters, which have always
ben a source of speling isues.
