q1: obstaja kje prosto dostopen (popoln ali delen) slovenski prevod Dela 3 - konkretneje dela 3.2, to je liste nevarnih snovi.

Nota bene je samo kazalo za ta del 5 strani (!) dolgo, od "accumulators" tja dol do "Zyrconium tetracloride". Dolžina sama vsebine kot kemijsko izrazoslovje mi nista toliko problem, kot pa "uradnost" prevoda. Glede tega ...

... vsebuje poročilo, ki ga je naročilo Ministrstvo za obrambo, ki vsebuje celih 250 (!) postavk - verjetno je več na razpolago v samem spletišču -, pri tem sem zelo hitro naletel na napake. Thank you, but no cigar - ali pa ena bolj kratka.
