This is the title of the notarial document that I'm working on. It seems to deal with the issues and agreements made regarding this divorce.
The question I have is: Can I just say "divorce settlement"? My dictionaries are giving me things like "legal consequences of divorce (agreement)". It seems that lawyers definitely want the appropriate legal terms used.

pre-nuptial agreement
A pre-nuptial agreement specifies the terms, particularly the financial terms, of the results of a divorce, and as the name implies, is entered into before the marriage. I'm not sure if this applies in the case of your document or not.

according to Dietl/Lorenz it is legal consequences of divorce but in my case the \"Deed of Settlement\" is incorporated in the Final Order of Divorce and has thus been made an Order of Court. (South African Supreme Court)

Discussion
I would understand "divorce case" as being negotiations entered into when the husband and wife wanted a divorce.
I'm certainly familiar with "pre-nuptial agreement," referring to an agreement reached before a marriage limiting the amount of money that one party could get from the other party in the event of a divorce. Usually when somebody rich like Donald Trump doesn't want to get "soaked" in a divorce settlement.
