contract identification marking of round parts
Lohnwerk = contract work, and despite the fact that all the dicos want to translate 'Beschriftung' as labelling, lettering or inscription, I'd use 'marking' or 'identification marking', since a label is a separate item applied to the labelled object, lettering doesn't include graphics etc, and inscription is for stone.
In this particular context, you could also use 'laser marking' instead.
