Off topic: About overlapping dialogue on scripts for dubbing

I'm working on translating a script for dubbing and more than once I find myself with the dilemma of the overlapping dialogue and the timecode. How should I put it on script? the TC should never overlap, but how do a deal with the overlapping dialogues?
