Could anyone tell me whether or not PROZ.com is blocked by the Chinese Goverment, based on which you have to access PROZ.Com through a VPN in mainland China?
Thanks
By the way, I was told ANNA-ARCHIVES and Z-Library are also blocked in China?

I'm not sure if the Chinese are allowed to express themselves the way they want to.

I can't see why they would ban it

ProZ is hardly controversial. I used it without a VPN in Saudi Arabia last year, and they have a similarly repressive policy on internet access.
